Shipping Policy
Last updated: 06/07/2026
1. Shipping & Tracking
Sandine Zartaux uses a courier partner for shipping. All orders are dispatched with a unique tracking code provided to you by email upon shipment. Orders are dispatched only after payment has cleared and been checked by us.
2. Invoices
All orders include an official invoice declaring the true total value of the goods in Euros (€). In compliance with law, we do not under-declare the value of an order or mark items as “gifts.”
3. Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times vary by region: 3–7 working days for Europe, 5–12 working days for North America, and 7–18 working days for other international destinations. These estimates are subject to customs clearance and other external factors. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
4. Wrong Address
If an item is not delivered due to an error in the address you provided and the package is returned to us, you may be charged the actual shipping cost for both delivery and return. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method once we receive the item. We will contact you when the package arrives back with us.
5. Availability
We synchronise website stock with our physical stock, but an item may occasionally be out of stock after an order is placed. If this happens, we will refund your payment to the original payment method and inform you promptly.
6. Customs & Import
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and clearance fees levied by the destination country. These are the recipient’s responsibility; we have no control over them and cannot predict them. Customs procedures vary by country — please check your local rules, as clearance can cause delays beyond our estimates.
All Sandine Zartaux products are formulated to comply with EU Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009. We have no control over regulations in your country; if your ordered products are restricted on import, we cannot refund goods that are abandoned or destroyed by the authorities, except where mandatory consumer law grants a refund right that cannot be excluded.
7. Shipping for Returns
-
Return costs: you are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not supply prepaid return labels.
-
Original shipping: original shipping costs are non-refundable except where required by law (for example, for faulty goods or where you exercise a statutory right to cancel). For authorised returns, the original outward shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
-
Tracking & insurance: use a trackable, insured service for returns. We do not guarantee receipt of items you send back and are not liable for items lost or damaged in return transit.
-
Condition: returned items must be unopened and in their original packaging (see Refund & Return Policy for the hygiene rule on cosmetics).
8. Force Majeure
Zartaux Holding Ltd shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, border closures, or governmental actions.
